Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Names Kailey Norman as Broker-In-Charge of its Hillsborough/Mebane Real Estate Sales Offices

Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, has appointed Kailey Norman as Sales Manager and Broker-In-Charge of its Hillsborough and Mebane sales offices. The Hillsborough and Mebane offices, both, feature contemporary, collaborative business spaces which are designed to better serve agents through all stages of the home buying process.

"Kailey is a proven real estate professional with a long track record of success," said Kent Hanley, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston's Chief Executive Officer.  "Her real estate career as a CBHPW agent has given her a great knowledge base to build off of as we continue to look to grow our presence in the Hillsborough and Mebane area."

Norman earned her real estate license in 2013 and has over six years of real estate experience. Meet Kailey Norman, Sales Manager Of The Hillsborough And Mebane Real Estate Sales Offices 

Originally from Tampa, Florida, Norman moved to the Triad area in 2005 where she attended Wake Forest University.  She has called the Triangle home since 2012. "The Triangle is a melting pot of cultures, opportunities, food, entertainment and everything that anyone would want in the place they call home," said Norman. "Perfectly nestled between the mountains and the coast, one can go three hours in either direction to see snow or spend a day at the beach."

Norman enjoys boating on the many lakes the Triangle has to offer, fishing down at the coast, spending time at the beach, snow skiing in Colorado and traveling. She is also involved with giving back to our community and helping to make a difference. "I volunteer with Duke Children's Hospital and Habitat for Humanity," said Norman.  She also helps extensively with Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston's annual Turkeys for the Triangle fundraiser, where 4,500 turkeys are donated to those in need during the holiday season.
