Yoga in the Triangle

Do you wish you could find your center and your dream home in the Triangle? Well, grab your yoga mat and get ready to say 'om' — our real estate agents are here to share the best yoga studios in the Triangle.

  1. Element Hot Yoga — 6909 Glenwood., Raleigh, NC 27612
While we can't show you many Raleigh homes for sale with their own hot yoga studios, we can recommend Element Hot Yoga. Hot yoga classes will nourish your mind, body, and soul over approximately 60 to 70 minutes. You'll increase your strength, enhance your flexibility, and ease your mind alongside others seeking serenity. This 1,000 square-foot heated space will bathe you in natural light as you work on your breathing control and achieve inner balance. Voted one of the top yoga studios in Wake County, Element Hot Yoga is ready to bring you into their calming community.

  2. Bikram Yoga Durham —103 Belt St., Durham, NC 27701
There are many types of hot yoga classes, but the original version brought from India is available at Bikram Yoga in Durham. This 90-minute class is based around a 26 posture sequence designed to loosen your muscles and normalize the functions and systems of your body. Along with Bikram Yoga, the studio also offers Yin Yoga, which focuses on relaxation and flexibility, and Inferno Hot Pilates, which is a High-Intensity Interval Training class formatted around Pilates. If looking for Durham homes for sale ever leaves you feeling like you need to refocus your mind, head over to Bikram Yoga.

  3. Victory Power Yoga — 34 Oleander Dr. Suite 105, Clayton, NC 27527
The Clayton homes for sale you've been eyeing are very close to Clayton's first heated power yoga studio. Victory Power Yoga has classes for all skill levels, even a special new student series. Victory Power Yoga takes their community out of the studio as well, engaging in their Mats and Taps yoga at a brewing company on Sundays.

  4. Zin Yoga Studio & Wine Lounge — 1411 Aversboro Rd. Suite 309, Garner, NC 27529
Wine and yoga — two things we look forward to most in our week. At Zin Yoga Studio & Wine Lounge, you'll feel more vibrant, healthier, and happier by the end of your session. Sign up for any of their daily yoga classes then spend time in the wine boutique getting to know your fellow yogis.
